Rooted in Musical Legacy

This is the history of MJ3.

Emerging from a foundation converging in layers: First talent show victory on the Theodore Roosevelt High School stage, born in Gary, Indiana, the youngest of nine. MJ3 — organic realism.

Boise is recorded as an oasis along the foothills of the Oregon Trail. MJ3 is recorded with international tour stops performing tributes to Jackie Wilson, James Brown, and Michael Jackson.

Five hallmarks inspire the MJ3 production: the form of Fred Astaire, the fire of the Nicholas Brothers, the stride of James Brown, the aura of Jackie Wilson, and the artistry Michael Jackson designed from them all.

Realizations

“We kept MJ3 a complete secret from our guests, the look on everyone’s faces when he arrived with his own intro music was priceless and only compared to when he pulled out the glove out for Billie Jean! The choreography was razor sharp and he made our reception the talk of the summer.”

Jennifer T., Eagle

“Great to find an artist that can not only do multiple performers but nail the essence of each one. The tribute to James Brown was my favorite because I grew up on James Brown! I recommended that our board hire the full experience of Jackie Wilson, James Brown and Michael Jackson for our association’s annual gala and he stole the show! The lightning fast footwork (he does some of the famous JB footwork as Michael did too when he does Michael which makes the show all the more entertaining!) brought incredible energy to the event!”

Marcus N., Boise

“Booking this entertainment was a massive home run. The performance brought a level of of showmanship that few experience live. Highly recommended!”

Thomas T., Meridian

“He brought a couple of our family into the performance and yeah they’re pretty much part of his show now! lol The attention to detail, the moonwalk and all the rest of his moves left everyone spellbound!”

From private estate celebrations to concert stages in Idaho and beyond the show is experienced in a range of performance spaces.
How do I secure MJ3 for an event date?
Securing your date is straightforward, and because MJ3 operates on a destination-based global tour routing model, advance booking is highly recommended to protect your calendar date. If there is availability for your date and you fill out the online inquiry form with your location, date, and occasion, details are considered and dates are officially locked in only upon a finalized agreement. Because bookings during certain peak seasons fill up quickly, submitting your overview ensures priority routing consideration.
