Where lineage is home

Rooted in Musical Legacy

This is the history of MJ3.

Emerging from a foundation converging in layers: First talent show victory on the Theodore Roosevelt High School stage, born in Gary, Indiana, the youngest of nine. MJ3 — organic realism.

Albuquerque charters history going back to 1706. MJ3 charters legacy with tributes to Jackie Wilson, James Brown, and Michael Jackson.

Five characteristics shape the MJ3 production: the form of Fred Astaire, the momentum of the Nicholas Brothers, the glide of James Brown, the theater of Jackie Wilson, and the framework Michael Jackson synthesized from them all.

Realizations

“I knew we were in for something special the way he walked in lol... the energy in the room is hard to describe except it was on high and turned all the way up! He is a true showman and we will absolutely be booking again!”

Roland G., Northeast Heights

“We hired the Michael Jackson Impersonator 3 Legends for our 20th year wedding anniversary. He arrived on time, was very organized and the show was amazing to say the least. As a local musician myself I can say I was very impressed. The way the show was arranged, the dance moves even to the hand gestures would pull you in. I appreciate the subtle details that made the show come alive and I will be sharing the info with some of my fellow musicians as well!”

Diana M., Nob Hill

“We were all in awe when he broke out the glove and started in on Billie Jean! The spins, kicks and moonwalk... all the moves just blew everyone away!”

Tristan L., Old Town

“He had all the MJ stage swag and then some! And the crowd was eating it up! We got to keep the hat he threw out to the crowd and that party stayed lit!”

Clara B., Foothills
